Does your FEMALE ped have a broken face? Sometimes this happens, and currently it is a FiveM issue. We have however found a solution that can help!

Step 1. Open you settings (esc) in the server and head to the settings tab. Step 2. Go down to the graphics tab & press enter Step 3. Go to the DirectX Version change this from DirectX10 to DirectX11 Step 4. Save the changes, and enjoy your new female ped face!
