Im stuck under the bed!

Have you respawned and gotten glitched under the bed, where no matter what it does not give you the "press E to respawn" option?

Step 1. Left alt and look for the blue eye on the bed Step 2. Choose the layin bed option Step 3. If it says bed is occupied, continue trying - this is only because people are respawning as well
