# Why wont the PvP Missions Start?

### Have you gone to [mrpd](https://project-insomnia.gitbook.io/welcome-to-project-insomnia/beginners-guide/missions/mrpd "mention") or [the-docks](https://project-insomnia.gitbook.io/welcome-to-project-insomnia/beginners-guide/missions/the-docks "mention") and had it not start the mission?  That is because the mission run on a ***GLOBAL*** cool down. This means, if ANYONE does the mission, then someone else can not run the mission for a *randomized* time frame between 30-90 minutes.&#x20;
