Disappearing Textures (Missions)

Did you start a mission where you were put into an instance? (FIB / School / Bunker) Did you place a med bag down and happen to walk over it? Here's how you can fix it!
Step 1. Try cycling through your view (first person, third etc.) by pressing V. That didnt work?
Step 2. Have a team mate come up to you, and offer a carry emote -> do this by having them type /em , then either searching for the emote, or finding it in the list
Step 3. Accept the emote and then press x three times to cancel the emote, and then to refresh your hands as you wont be able to shoot without doing this first.
