Squads are temporary and allow you to keep track of you and your team mates health & armor while in server. You can leave and rejoin, and they will always disappear when all members leave it. MAX OF 5 PLAYERS
Follow these steps to make a squad:
Press M to open up the squad menu
Then click on the second tab where you can input a squad name and make it either public or private before clicking the tick button
If you have made a public squad anyone should be able to join it
If you have made a private squad you will have to invite your friends by getting their ID and typing in /invite (ID)
Crews are permanent. Crews allow you basebuild with your friends and have a MAX OF 10 PLAYERS. Keep in mind that whoever you are in a crew with can access all your storages inside a base. They can build and destory base materials as well.
Follow these steps to make a crew:
To make a crew do /crew this will show you the crew menu
If making a crew you want to click on create crew
When inviting people to the crew they have to be online and stood next to you to receive the invite from the crew menu
To join a crew you need to do /crew and click on “open crew invites” and join your friends invite
