Trading an item and need to give cash? Perhaps you are selling something and need to get it and they don't know how it works. Here's a step by step guide.
If you are giving cash follow these steps:
-> Head over to the Banker inside of the observatory - Check your balances it will show you whats in cash and whats in your bank
-> Transfer money out of the bank to cash
-> Ask the person for their ID (they can find it by pressing "T" and typing /id)
-> You will press "T" and type /givecash (ID) (amount)
-> For example it will look like this: /givecash 102 20000
-> Have them confirm by going to the banker and checking their balances.
