When purchasing items from tebex, always ensure you buy ONE ITEM at a time. For example, if you want to purchase 2, VIP 3 packages, or a VIP package and a class change, you need to buy them in 2 separate transactions. When multiple items are purchased together, it will not give you both or all items, it gives you the first item. You can open a ticket & the Dev will ensure you receive all your items, but this is a work around. Long story short, buy everything individually in separate purchases.
