The Sandy Shores location, is Southwest (use /compass) of our old HQ. Look for the colorful tire by the garages and go southwest 2 blocks. You'll look for an open area.
When you land, you'll be able to see a billboard behind you, and the gas station in front of you. The prompt is located on a small bush in the middle of the field. Press E and continue your customization.
