In here we will talk about looting zombies & players!
The command is the same as earlier mentioned Left ALT + Right mouse click.
Zombies contain loot, and when going into the PvP area (red on your map) they contain more & better loot.
To loot a player you have killed in PvP, or to loot a players marker, walk up to the red arrow and press tab, it will open your inventory and the dropped items. Click and drag to your inventory.
