If you see the "You need keys to open this vehicle" prompt - do not be alarmed. Every blueprint is unowned and needs to be completely built before it will give you keys to the vehicle. Once the last item is placed or sprayed then the vehicle will assign keys to the owner. Seeing this prompt while building your blueprint does not affect your ability to build it IN ANY WAY. This prompt is simply stating no one owns the vehicle yet - and it is registering that the player building is trying to get into the trunk.
If you see the white car floating above your blueprint - this means you have not confirmed the placement. You need to press E to confirm the placement. Then you can start building it!
Did you place a blueprint and see that on its menu it has the wrong name? No worries! That does not affect your build in any way. What happens is, chances are you either already placed one right before, or you have 2 in the same area as each other and it resulted in a bit of syncing. The name does not matter once its built! It will be labelled correctly in your garage.
