When putting on attachments make sure the attachments have the same gun name as the one you are wanting to add them to.
Make sure the weapon you want to put attachments on is in your pockets (inventory)
Right click the gun and go onto attachments then click on the inventory tab at the top
Drag the attachment into the right slot but then remove it and re-add it in to make sure it sticks
Put the weapon back in your hands and pull it out to see if the attachments are on
